In this document we will show you how to create your own personalized "Quick Response" Code, or QR Code. Learn how to link subscribers to customized web content when they scan your QR Code.
QR Code to Hosted Site
After logging in, click on the QR Code Button on your home screen.
Once you selected QR Code, click on "create URL code" to get started.
It will then prompt you to the next page wherein you have to enter the description, the QR type, and the web page. Once entered, you can now click on "Generate QR Code".
1. Description - This will serve as a title for your QR Code.
2. QR Code Type - You may choose to link the QR code to a URL or Create Custom Webpage from QR Code. If you select the Create Custom Webpage, it will show a box wherein you have to put your website.
3. Webpage - You may customize the HTML for the webpage you'd like to link to. Please note that if you select the Create Custom Webpage, you can edit the contents of the page that the QR Code will link to by editing the HTML at anytime. The site will update automatically.
4. Generate QR Code - Once you have the webpage content set, click on this button to generate your QR Code.
On the next page it will show you the list of QR Code you just created. Click on the link under description.
You will see the generated QR Code and the corresponding URL. Click download and you may also select the image format you'd like to download the QR Code in, and click on continue. It will be downloaded automatically.
Once fully downloaded, open the QR Code file and save it on your computer so you may add it on flyers and other printed materials in the future.
For the last step, be sure to test the QR Code yourself to verify that it links to the desired URL or specified web content.
