The Text-to-Screen feature allows the User to send a text message to mobile numbers.
The Yes/No Response feature can be found under the Engage menu on top and from the icon on the Clinical Contact main page.
The Text-to-Screen main page will appear once the User clicks on Text-to-Screen from the Engage menu on top or from the icon on the Clinical Contact main page.
1 - the Create button
2 - shows the list of Text-to-Screen messages already created
To create a Text-to-Screen message, click on Create.
The Text-to-Screen window will appear.
1 - type in a Description for your reference. This description will not be displayed publically.
2 - add a Keyword - Create a unique keyword for this campaign. The system will auto-check if it is available.
3 - add a Report Manager. The User can create a new Report Manager or select from the list.
4 - add the Text-to-Screen Duration start and end date/time and the corresponding Time Zone.
5 - Check the box for Active Message Filtering if applicable.
The active message filtering will allow the User to approve, block, or edit messages before they are shown live on the Text-to-Screen.
6 - Create a new Distribution List or select from the list.
Select a Distribution List(s) which the subscribers’ contact information are to be associated with.
7- pick an SMS Header
The SMS Header is typically the Name of the Organization sending the message. This will be the first part of any SMS or MMS message you send to your customers. If you would
like to change the SMS header, you must register a new one under Account > Edit Organization Profile > Verified Organization Names.
8 - add an Auto-Responder
When someone texts your keyword, this message will be sent back to them. The Organization Name is editable by clicking on the field above the message.
Click the button to update your Organization Name. You can also shorten URL and/or add data merge.
Create in a Block List, if applicable.
9 - Mobile Numbers – Enter a 10-digit mobile number you want to block from participating. Enter one mobile number per line.
10 - Words – Enter words you want to block from being displayed. On-screen these words will appear with “*” characters. Enter one word per line.
11 - add an Age Restriction for this Text-to-Screen campaign.
12 - Click Continue once completed.
The next window will allow the User to review the information added on the previous screen and edit the design of the campaign.

2 - this is where the User can customize the campaign. The font, font size, color and other customization can be done here.
3 - click on Edit Settings, Cancel or Save to proceed.
Once the Text-to-Screen campaign has been completed, the Full Disclosure pop up will appear.
1 - check the 'I understand and agree. Let's continue' box
2 - click Ok to proceed.
The Text-to-Screen campaign is successfully created.
The newly created Text-to-Screen campaign will now appear on the Text-to-Screen main page and will run as scheduled.
