Shuffle Responder

The Shuffle Responder feature allows the User to send a random message once the same person texts the keyword again. The message will not be sent more than once.

The  Shuffle Responder feature can be found under the Engage menu on top and from the icon on the Clinical Contact main page.

 

To create a Shuffle Responder, complete the information required below.

1 - add a Description of the Shuffle Responder

2 - create a unique keyword for this campaign. The system will auto-check if it is available.

3 - select an Opt-In Method

- Double Opt-In: After a keyword text, customers are required to reply "Yes" or "No" to confirm notification opt-in.
- Single Opt-In: After a keyword text, customers are opted-in to receive communications.

4 - create a new Distribution List or select from the list.

Select a Distribution List(s) which the subscribers’ contact information are to be associated with.

5 - add a Report Manager. The User can create a new Report Manager or select from the list.

6 - pick an SMS Header 

The SMS Header is typically the Name of the Organization sending the message. This will be the first part of any SMS or MMS message you send to your customers. If you would like to change the SMS header, you must register a new one under Account > Edit Organization Profile > Verified Organization Names. 

7 - add number of shuffle responder to create - 

Specify the number of different Shuffle Responder messages. When a person texts in the keyword, a message from the pool of messages will be sent.

8 - add an Age Restriction for this Shuffle Responder campaign.

9 - click on Create New Campaign once done

After clicking on Create Campaign, the User will do the following:

1 - Import or Add Shuffle Responder

2 - fill in the boxes below to create the random messages to be sent to subscribers

3 - add End of Shuffle Message - After a recipient has received all of the responders above, this message will go out informing them.

4 - allow Keyword Messaging - An example application would be a song request after the keyword (e.g. RADIO). A user would text: "RADIO jingle bells." All inbound responses can be viewed from the Inbox or by clicking on the VIEW KEYWORD RESPONSES button (next to the keyword on the Collect Contacts page).

5 - click Create New Campaign once completed

 

The Full Disclosure pop up will appear. 

Check the 'I understand and agree. Let's continue' box.

Click Cancel, Copy Text or OK to proceed.

 

The Shuffle Responder campaign has been successfully created.

 

The User would be able to see the Shuffle Responder campaign at the bottom box from the main page.
