Cancel Appointments/No Show Appointments

The In Touch Biller PRO system makes cancelling appointments and marking appointments as "no shows" a breeze, increasing office efficiency.

  • The "Cancel" and "No Show" options are available on all scheduling and appointment screens. Simply hover your cursor over the time and the options will appear.

  • If in the "Calendar view", click the patient name and the options will appear in a separate box with the patient's details.

  • After clicking "Cancel" or "No-Show," an appointment box appears in which the user selects whether the appointment was cancelled by the patient or by the provider, or if it was a no show. The user may also add a note here.
  • Click "Cancel Appointment" to finalize, or click "Cancel Recurring Appointments" to cancel all scheduled recurring appointments for that patient.

  • Click on a patient's chart to view all appointments, including cancellations and no shows.

  • Hover cursor over an appointment to display options, including the "Reschedule" and "Schedule Follow-up" options.
