Reschedule an Appointment
Learn how to quickly reschedule an appointment and enter additional appointment details.
- From a scheduling screen, hover the cursor over the appointment time and click Reschedule.
- From the calendar screen, click on the patient’s name and an appointment box will appear.
- Click View/Edit Details.
- Click on Reschedule.
- Select Patient or Provider.
- Add a note (optional).
- Click Reschedule Appointment.
- The Appointment Search screen will appear.
- Search for an available time slot to reschedule the appointment.
