Reschedule an Appointment

Learn how to quickly reschedule an appointment and enter additional appointment details.

  • From the patient chart, hover the cursor over the appointment time and click Reschedule.

  • From the calendar screen, click on the patient’s name and an appointment box will appear.
  • Click View/Edit Details.

  • Click on Reschedule

  • Select Patient or Provider.
  • Add a note (optional).
  • Click Reschedule Appointment.

  • The Appointment Search screen will appear.
  • Search for an available time slot to reschedule the appointment.
