Patient Appointment Requests

Review how to access and view Patient Appointment Requests, which are only accessible to users that have access to the Premium Patient Portal.

 

  • Hover cursor over “Schedule” and click “Patient Appointment Requests.”

  • Filter view by Location, Provider, and Status.
  • Search for a patient, if required.
  • Sort view by ascending or descending received date.
  • Use the arrow keys or select a page number to move to another page.

  • Click “Open” to open a particular appointment request.

  • Review the Appointment Request, update the Status, or search for an appointment.
  • Click “Update the Request” to update.
  • Click “Close” to close the Appointment Request.

  • Selecting an Appointment Type and clicking “Appointment Search” navigates to the “Appointment Search” page.
