Control Center 2.0

 Features available in the Control Center 2.0:

  1. Name of Clinician  - On the drop-down, choose the name of the clinician that you want to see the information 
  2. Calendar - This will have similar information as the Calendar tab. This is for viewing only. No changes on the calendar can be done. The appointments are not clickable. 
  3. Documents for Review -  Shows all documentation that is received to be reviewed by the chosen provider
  4. Custom Alert - You can create your own custom alerts and the list of alerts will appear here. It will show the date of the alert, name of the patient and which clinician it was assigned to.                                                                                   
     
  5. Assigned Episodes - This is a list of all the episodes that has been specifically assigned to the provider
  6. Progress Note Countdown - List of patients with Progress note that are nearly due. It will show the name of the patient and the number of days that the progress note is due. It will allow the providers to know how many days until they need to create a progress note. The PDF icon allows you to print the list.  
  7. Re-evaluation Countdown - List of patients with Re-Evaluation that are nearly due. It will show the name of the patient and the number of days that the Re-Evaluation is due. It will allow the providers to know how many days until they need to create a Re-Evaluation. The PDF icon allows you to print the list.
  8. Expiring Prescriptions - Provides a list of patients with expiring prescriptions. It will show the name of the patient and the date when the prescription will expire. This will allow the clinic to call the referring provider ahead of time and get a new prescription.  The PDF icon allows you to print the list.
