Alerts

 Features available in the Alerts Tab:

1. Referral Predictor - Analyzes and interprets increases and decreases in referral trends, and generates an overview of those trends over a two week time period. 
2. Productivity Predictor - Analyzes patient retention rate, cancellation rate, and patients seen per clinician
3. Upcoming Birthdays - Provide a list of patients with upcoming birthdays. It will show the name of the patient and their Date of  Birth. The PDF icon allows you to print the list                                                                                                                                                  
4. Expiring Prescriptions - Provides a list of patients with expiring prescriptions. It will show the name of the patient and the date when the prescription will expire. This will allow the clinic to call the referring provider ahead of time and get a new prescription.  The PDF icon allows you to print the list.                      
    
5. Expired Prescriptions - Provides a list of patients with expired prescriptions. It will show the name of the patient and the expiration date. This will allow the clinic to call the referring provider ahead of time and get a new prescription.  The PDF icon allows you to print the list                                                                      
6. Progress Note Countdown - List of patients with Progress note that are nearly due. It will show the name of the patient and the number of days that the progress note is due. It will allow the providers to know how many days until they need to create a progress note. The PDF icon allows you to print the list. 
    
7. Expired Progress Notes - List of patients with Progress note that expired. It will show the name of the patient and the expiration date. It will allow the providers to know when the progress note expired. The PDF icon allows you to print the list.                                                                                                                
    
8. Reevaluation Countdown -List of patients with Re-Evaluation that are nearly due. It will show the name of the patient and the number of days that the Re-Evaluation is due. It will allow the providers to know how many days until they need to create a Re-Evaluation. The PDF icon allows you to print the list.
    
9. Expired Reevaluations -  List of patients with Re-Evaluation that expired. It will show the name of the patient and the expiration date. It will allow the providers to know when the Re-Evaluation expired. The PDF icon allows you to print the list.
