The Connections tab allows you to add Insurance Companies, as well as any other 3rd party contact that you may need access specifically for fax documentation within In Touch EMR.

Add Connections

To add/ locate connections, Click on the Administration tab and choose Connections

All fields with an asterisk is mandatory

Add connection 

  • Connection Category *        
  • First Name *    
  • Last Name *    
  • Address Line 1 *    
  • Address Line 2    
  • City *    
  • State *    
  • Zip/Postal Code *    
  • Country

  • Additional Comments

View, Search, Edit/Delete an Existing Connection/contact

To view or edit a connection/contact, go to the "Connection Locator" tab at the top.

The Connection Locator allows you to:

  • View existing contacts
  • Search for existing contacts
  • Edit or delete a contact profile

Note: You can adjust the number of connections that are displayed per page, by using the drop down menu at the bottom.

  2. Search Feature -  to filter the search you can 
    • search by name
    • category
    • preferred mode of contact
  3. Edit 
  4. Delete
