Online Sign Ups

Online Sign Up Pages or OSP allows the User to create a web page that can be added on their website or Facebook. This would allow website visitors or Facebook viewers to sign up to their Clinical Contact mailing list. 

Creating Online Sign Ups

Click on the Collect Tab and chose Keyword and Online Sign-up Tools 

Click on the Create button.

Fill out all the necessary information. 

1. Description. 
2. Sign up Page Type 
   • Online - this will create a stand-alone website that the User can share for contacts to fill out. Fill in with a word to complete the URL. The system will approve or deny the chosen common word depending if it is taken or not. 
     • Linked URLs are for Web hosted OSP. - let us know which websites the OSP needs to be added on. If it is not applicable, enter none. 
   • Facebook Sign up Page - A pop up will appear to make the User sign in to their Facebook Page. Be sure to be login to Facebook and click get Facebook page list. Our system will automatically connect and install an app that will access the Facebook page to create a Sign Up tab. Choose a Fan Page to connect it to (create a Fan Page, if there is none). It will auto-populate the Facebook Page.

   • Embedded HTML - this can be used to place the HTML codes on the appropriate website
     • Hosted URL is - let us know which website the HTML needs to be embedded with

5. Distribution List - more than one is allowed. Any contacts that fill out the OSP will be added to that distribution list
6. Sign up Auto Responder - allows the User to send a message once the subscriber confirmed their opt in
   • Email 
   • SMS                                                                                          
7. Thank you Message - the information that appears after the subscriber has signed up 
8. Optional URL - will redirect the subscriber to this URL once they have completed the form
9. Age Restriction - 13 is the minimum age.

Final page is to preview the OSP. 

Once done with the design, the User can preview and submit it for approval. Our team will review the page, approve it and get it activated. 

For Embedded HTML (get the code) or Website page (get the link), provide it to your web developers and add it to the website.
