The number of custom data fields that can be created depends on the User's account level. Please contact us to receive further details.
Creating Custom Data Fields
Click the Manage tab and choose the Custom Data Fields
Click the Create button.

- Data Field Label
- Data / Input Type
- Text Field
- Radio Button
- Drop Down List
- Date & Time
- Text Area
- Number
- Data Field Help Text
- Required
- Yes
- No
