To view all the Templates that are created, go to the Manage tab and click Templates.
The template page allows users to create, edit and delete templates.
Creating Templates
Users can create templates to be used for future sending message or appointment reminders. Templates can be for SMS & MMS, Email, Facebook or Twitter.
1) Fill in the Template Name field and add a Description.
2) Check the box for the appropriate Content Type.
SMS & MMS Templates
Prior to creating a template, users must create a category.
Enter a Category name and Description
Once the Category has been created, users can choose the categories from the drop-down list.
Type the text message in the box and click on Save.
Email Templates
Follow steps 1 and 2 on creating templates.
3) Select the Category for this template.
4) Upload the email message in .html format for the Email field.
The message on the .html file will appear on the Preview box below.
5) Click on Save at the bottom.
Facebook Templates
In creating templates for Facebook, follow steps 1 to 3.
4) Add the Facebook URL you want to use and click on shorten URL. This features converts the Facebook URL into a shorter one.
5) Insert the Facebook link here.
6) Click OK and click on Save at the bottom.
The Template created should appear on the Template List under Manage.
