There are Two Ways to Reach Customer Support
Click on the drop-down arrow beside your email address on the upper right corner and choose Contact Us.
Once clicked, it will direct the user to this page.
Call Me Now
If the user wants support via phone real time, click on call Me Now tab. Be advised that our Phone Support team is available from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
- Select from the drop-down menu and set it to the United States.
- Enter the phone number.
- And then click Call me Now button. The user will now receive a call from our Customer Support team.
Call Me Later
The user can also schedule a callback, just click on Call me Later button and it will show this screen.
- Enter the name and email address.
- Set it to the United States.
- Select from the drop-down menu preferred date.
- Enter the phone number.
- Select a time from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Call me Later button. Our Customer Support team will call the user on the scheduled date and time.
Message Us
If the user wants support via email, just click on the Message Us tab and it will be directed to this screen.
- Enter the email address.
- Set it to the United States.
- Enter the phone number.
- Typed in a message.
- Click on the Message Us button. Standard Turnaround Time for Support: 2-3 Business Days.
Live Chat Support
If the user wants Live Chat support, typed in a message in the box on the lower right corner of the dashboard. And then click the arrow button. Be advised that Live Chat Support is available from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Once clicked, the user will be directed to this screen.
- Enter the name or email address.
- Enter the phone number.
- Click the drop-down menu select Therapy Newsletter.
- Typed in a message.
- Click on the Start Chatting button.
Another way to reach Customer Support is to click on the Support Tab on the dashboard's sidebar and choose Contact Us or click on the phone icon.
Once clicked, it will show the same screen wherein the user can choose from Call Me Now, Call Me Later, Message Us, and Live Chat Support options.
