Click on the Your Files tab then lick on Upload Image or Upload File
Add the name of the file, choose the type of image then click on Upload Image. Once successfully loaded image, click on Next Step
Crop the image if necessary and make sure Image Scale is at 100% (fit to dashed line)
A thumbnail of your image and URL will be available for you to use
