Eligibility Worklist
The "Eligibility Worklist" is a way to view all the patients for the day, listed by eligibility status. This list will tell you which patients are active, not found or inactive in their insurance coverage, as well as show you which patients have yet to have their eligibility checked. These options are color coded for your convenience. A "Check Eligibility" link is available when you hover on the time of the appointment. This worklist also contains information about the patient, their appointment time, chart number, home phone, payer information, and date of their most recent eligibility check.
To find the list:
- Hover cursor over "Schedule" and "Eligibility Worklist," and select a day
- The list is sorted by eligibility status Note: You can filter this list by using the following filter options: Date of Service, Eligibility Status and Location.
- The Worklist will show you a list with columns for the following information:
• Time of the Appointment
• Patient Name
• Chart Number
• Home Phone
• Payer
• and date when the eligibility was Last Checked
